National - El Trovador This single cone guitar is patterned after the famous El Trovador that was made only in 1932 and 1933. The body is constructed entirely of mahogany front, back and sides. The body is artistically bound with multiple layer binding and the mahogany neck features an ebony fingerboard bound in ivoroid. The headstock has a rosewood overlay. The body is 4² deep and the scale length of the neck is 25 21/32².

The body is cut away to the 17th fret on the treble side for greater fingerboard accessibility. The hard rock maple neck is topped with an ivoroid bound rosewood fingerboard with diamond mother-of-pearl fret markers and a pearloid heel cap.
