National - Delphi "Vintage Steel"


You asked for it: A plated steel body. This Delphi has a satin nickel finish that will age with use and the passage of time. Its solid mahogany neck has an ivoroid bound rosewood freboard. The slotted headstock has a red or black National decal with open gear three-on-a-plate tuners. Very vintage.

National - Style 0


The Style O Deluxe has the traditional Hawaiian design exquisitely framed with double cut lines encasing a wiggle stroke on the front, back and sides. The maple neck has an ivoroid bound ebony fingerboard with mother-of-pearl diamond markers. The slotted headstock has an engraved ivoroid overlay and closed three-on-a-plate tuners.

National - El Trovador


This single cone guitar is patterned after the famous El Trovador that was made only in 1932 and 1933. The body is constructed entirely of mahogany ­ front, back and sides. The body is artistically bound with multiple layer binding and the mahogany neck features an ebony fingerboard bound in ivoroid. The headstock has a rosewood overlay. The body is 4² deep and the scale length of the neck is 25 ­ 21/32².

TRICONE - STYLE 2


Our Style 1 Tricone is patterned after the original instrument made in 1927 with its functional Art Deco industrial design. It is made of brass, highly polished and bright nickel plated. The round, mahogany neck has an ivoroid bound ebony fingerboard. The slotted headstock has the National decal and three-on-a-plate vintage-style tuners.

Shown here is the Style 1 Tricone with a square neck. All Tricones are available as either standard neck or square neck models.

NATIONAL - STYLE 3 UKULELE


The more complex Style 3 chrysanthemum pattern is hand-engraved on this elegant ukulele. After engraving, the brass body is bright nickel plated. The mahogany neck has a bound ebony fretboard with mother-of-pearl diamond fretmarkers.

NATIONAL - RESO-ROCKET (VINTAGE STEEL)


This steel body cutaway guitar incorporates a newly designed single resonator coverplate to complement the distinctive tricone-style grillwork on the upper bout. The body is cut away to the 17th fret on the treble side for greater fingerboard accessibility. The hard rock maple neck is topped with an ivoroid bound rosewood fingerboard with diamond mother-of-pearl fret markers and a pearloid heel cap. The solid headstock has an engraved pearloid overlay with three-on-a-plate closed gear tuners. This instrument is plated with a satin nickel finish.
